We dedicate time and attention to design and create unique custom pieces, putting care and artisanal precision. To ensure that each product meets our quality standards and your requests, order preparation times are 15 working days.

2. Shipping

Stitchy Lab is committed to fast and reliable shipping for all your orders. Shipping times vary from 2 to 3 business days from the time of shipment.

3. Shipping Costs

The standard shipping cost is 7€ for each order. However, we have great news for you! Shipping is free for orders over 100€. This is our way of saying thank you for choosing Stitchy Lab and making your shopping experience even more convenient.

4. Returns

Since each item is custom made and personalized to your specific requests, we cannot accept returns. This is because Stitchy Lab products are unique and made especially for you. All details and customizations are discussed and confirmed during the ordering process to ensure your maximum satisfaction. Therefore, you cannot exercise the right of withdrawal on products that have been specifically created for you.
